Dr. Margie DeBroux

Data Analyst Consultant

Dr. Margie DeBroux is an instructional designer who combines her background in learning evaluation, career counseling and teaching people with disabilities to design learning experiences that deliver long-term results. She has consulted with various Fortune 500, start-up, and education clients to develop learning programs in a variety of media: in-person, Web-based, virtual, experiential. Margie is an associate of the ROI Institute and recently earned the Business Intelligence certificate from Emory University. Margie is also the President of Measured Learning by Design.

Danielle Washington, LCPC

Danielle Washington is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in individual and family counseling. She works with individuals of all ages. She has been able to help her clients battle depression, anxiety, grief, and various other mental health conditions and leave with the tools to be self-sufficient and resilient. Danielle empowers clients to identify the issues they face and make realistic steps towards a positive change. In a therapeutic relationship, she assists each client as a teammate in moving toward each goal. She provides a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can unpack their inner selves and begin their personalized journey of improvement.

Tracey Felton, M.Ed.

Focus: Stress Management, Diversity (LGBTQ+), Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development

Tracey is a graduate of Hampton University where she received a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education. Tracey earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Administrative Leadership from McDaniel College. She earned a second Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Reading.  

 She has been employed with the Prince George’s County public school system in Prince George’s County, Maryland for 29 years. She has taught grades 1-9. Tracey has also been an adjunct professor for 12 years, in the Continuing Education department at Trinity University in Washington, DC. She teaches administrators and educators courses so that allows them to maintain their certification.

 Tracey is the CEO of Forward Move Educational Consulting, where she educates and trains new and aspiring educators on the most effective practices in having a successful teaching career. She has trained over 500  plus teachers effectively.

 Tracey is also a Certified Professional in Emotional Quotient.
